Thank you for shopping with us! Every order is made with care, and many of our products are created especially for you after you place your order. This made-to-order process helps reduce overproduction and supports more sustainable practices.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
- Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, package weight, and shipping destination.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying offers will be clearly stated on our website.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in your order may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities. If this occurs, you may receive multiple packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to update your information, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking indicates a delay, we recommend allowing a few additional business days for the carrier to complete delivery.
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any damaged packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution when applicable.
